Based on user input, a new feature has been added to the Add to Care Plan window. The Most Used feature tracks the Activities that you assign to Care Plans. For each type of Activity, clicking on Most Used will display the Activities of that type that you have assigned most frequently, in descending order. The Activities displayed in Most Used will continuously update as you assign Activities to patient Care Plans.
To use this new feature, navigate to the Add to Care Plan window in a patient's profile, click on the Activity type that you're looking for, then click on Most Used.
