Delete a Questionnaire

Depending on the role assigned to your profile in Keet, you may be able to delete custom Questionnaires. Follow the steps outlined below to delete a custom Questionnaire. 

1. Click Library in the upper navigation bar
2. Click the Questionnaires tab
3. Click on the sub-library that the Questionnaire is in
4. Search for the Questionnaire you want to delete in the search bar
5. Click on the Questionnaire you want to delete to open it
6. Click the Delete button in the upper right corner
7. Click OK when you are asked to confirm that you want to delete the Questionnaire
