When a patient's profile is created in Keet, an email is automatically sent to the patient's email address inviting the patient to register for their Keet account. In the event that a patient needs an invitation sent again, follow the steps below.
- Click Patients in the upper navigation bar
- Locate the patient whose information you'd like to edit
- Under the Action column in the patient's row, click on the ellipses (...), then click Send Invite
This will send an invitation email to the email address associated with their patient profile.
