WebPT Data Feed: Account Configuration

Account Configuration

Keet's Implementation Team will conduct an audit of your account and provide additional information to help prepare your account for the data feed. If any data is not set up correctly, the data feed connection will not work properly. This article will also assist you in finding the WebPT IDs needed for patients, providers, clinic locations, and case IDs.

  1. The enablement of the data feed will be done by Keet's Implementation Team. Be sure to review the EMR external ID for the Organization and confirm that it is correct and in place.  Admin Settings:  Status Edit Organization Info

2. This EMR Identifier is called the WebPT Company ID in WebPT. If you are wanting to prepare your account prior to the data feed being enabled or in the event of an audit, you can reach out to WebPT to locate this ID (will be 4 digits).

Location

The EMR identifiers or External IDs must be present for each location to identify your patient and practitioner's place of service. To review, navigate to Locations in the Admin Settings Menu >Location> Action> Edit > EMR Identifiers. If you need to edit, Save it before closing.

This will need to be done for each Clinic location.

Patient

This ID should be included under the Identifiers on the patient's profile. In the event that you have a patient entered in Keet prior to the Datafeed being enabled, you will want to add these IDs to the patient record to avoid any duplications. The patient ID (EMR ID) can be found in WebPT next to the patient's name in their record.
