Keet's Implementation Team will conduct an audit of your account and provide additional information to help prepare your account for the data feed. If any data is not set up correctly, the data feed connection will not work properly. This article will also assist you in finding the WebPT IDs needed for patients, providers, clinic locations, and case IDs.
- The enablement of the data feed will be done by Keet's Implementation Team. Be sure to review the EMR external ID for the Organization and confirm that it is correct and in place. Admin Settings: Status > Edit Organization Info.
The EMR identifiers or External IDs must be present for each location to identify your patient and practitioner's place of service. To review, navigate to Locations in the Admin Settings Menu >Location> Action> Edit > EMR Identifiers. If you need to edit, Save it before closing.
This will need to be done for each Clinic location.
- This Location ID Identifier is called the WebPT Clinic ID in WebPT. If you are wanting to prepare your account prior to the data feed being enabled or in the event of an audit, you can reach out to WebPT to locate this ID (will be 4-5 digits).
Practitioners who treat patients will need to have their practitioner's External ID listed in Keet from the WebPT EMR. Within the practitioner profile in Keet, the EMR ID is located at the bottom of the Edit Profile menu.
- You can locate the User ID in WebPT from the Therapist URL or User Manager Report
This ID should be included under the Identifiers on the patient's profile. In the event that you have a patient entered in Keet prior to the Datafeed being enabled, you will want to add these IDs to the patient record to avoid any duplications. The patient ID (EMR ID) can be found in WebPT next to the patient's name in their record.
The patient's case or Episode of Care will populate through the data feed. There may be instances where you will need to enter the patient manually with their case.
This case ID or Episode of Care ID can be found in WebPT within the Case URL. Be sure to click on the case tab to have the ID appear in the URL.
