Update Supervising Provider

Episodes of Care that do not have an assigned Supervising Provider will not be included in the MIPS Submission Process. Follow the steps below to ensure this information is included in the Episode of Care details: 

1. Navigate to the desired Episode of Care 
2. Click the Edit icon next to the selected Episode of Care 
3. Using the drop-down menu, select the correct Supervising Provider
4. Click Save
