Add a Care Plan Template to Patient's Care Plan

Once a Care Plan Template is created in either the Account or Organization section of the library you can assign it to a patient's Care Plan. 

  1. Locate the Care Plan where you would like to assign the Template 
  2. Click Add Activity mceclip0.png
  3. From the Activities select Templates and then click the + on the desired Care Plan Template mceclip1.png
  4. All of the content that is included in the Care Plan Template will appear on the Care Planmceclip2.png
  5. Click on the individual activities to make any edits or select Add Activity to assign additional content
