Once a Care Plan Template is created in either the Account or Organization section of the library you can assign it to a patient's Care Plan.
- Locate the Care Plan where you would like to assign the Template
- Click Add Activity
- From the Activities select Templates and then click the + on the desired Care Plan Template
- All of the content that is included in the Care Plan Template will appear on the Care Plan
- Click on the individual activities to make any edits or select Add Activity to assign additional content
