The data in the Keet Outcomes Dashboard is refreshed nightly. Any changes that are made in Keet will not appear/update within the dashboard until the following business day.
Duplicate Patient Profiles
A patient who is populating onto the One/No-PRO list within the Keet Outcomes Dashboard due to having a duplicate patient profile in Keet can be resolved by completing the following steps outlined in the article below
Duplicate Episodes of Care
For Example: Untitled Episode of Care that contains all of the PROs, Titled Episode of Care that is empty
- Move all of the appropriate PRO responses to the Titled Episode of Care

Migrated Accounts
A patient who is populating onto the One PRO list within the Keet Outcomes Dashboard and shows a completed PRO in the Keet Platform under the "Migrated Episode of Care" as well as completed PRO under the Named/Titled Episode of Care can be resolved by following the steps outlined in the article below
- Move the PRO found under the "Migrated Episode of Care" to the Named/Titled Episode of Care
