Review and Respond to a Patient Message

When a patient sends a message through Keet's secure messaging system the Care Team member will be notified via email and in the Keet platform. 

  1. An email notification will be sent to the inbox associated with the Care Team member's profile. Click View Message in the body of the email                         mceclip0.png
  2. A notification icon will appear next to the bell icon in the upper-right navigation barmceclip1.png
  3. Click on the bell icon to see the topic of the conversation with the new message, and click on the topic to navigate to the Messages tab within the patient profile  mceclip2.png
  4. The conversation with the new message in that thread will appear and can be responded to on this screen.mceclip3.png
