Enable NPS Detractor Emails for a Care Team Member

A Care Team member with an NPS role assigned to their profile will receive a system-generated email when a patient from a location associated with that Care Team member's profile responds with a score of 6 or lower (Detractor) to the satisfaction survey. Follow the steps below to add the NPS role to a Care Team member's profile. 

  1. Select the Care Team tab from the navigation barmceclip0.png
  2. Locate the Care Team member that you wish to edit
  3. Select View Details from the drop-down menu next to the Care Team member's namemceclip1.png
  4. Under the Edit Care Team Member pop out navigate to Roles and select NPSmceclip2.png
  5. Click Save
