A Care Team member with an NPS role assigned to their profile will receive a system-generated email when a patient from a location associated with that Care Team member's profile responds with a score of 6 or lower (Detractor) to the satisfaction survey. Follow the steps below to add the NPS role to a Care Team member's profile.
- Select the Care Team tab from the navigation bar
- Locate the Care Team member that you wish to edit
- Select View Details from the drop-down menu next to the Care Team member's name
- Under the Edit Care Team Member pop out navigate to Roles and select NPS
- Click Save
