NPS Reporting Dashboard

Your NPS Reports will be accessed through Quicksight! If you already have access to Keet Outcomes Dashboard but do not see your NPS dashboard, please email support@keethealth.com.

The NPS dashboard is broken down into three different levels- Organization, Location, and Practitioner. mceclip0.png

Organization: Individual business unit that lives under a parent account and may have multiple locations associated with it

Location: Data that is tied to a single clinic location

Practitioner: Data that is associated with the patients that are being treated by that individual practitioner

Toggle between each of the labeled tabs (Organization, Location, Practitioner) in order to see the data associated with that particular group. 

Controls

Controls are used to further filter the data points that are being shown within a selected view. Each tab (Organization, Location, Practitioner) has its own unique controls that will allow you to dive deeper into the analysis of the NPS responses. mceclip1.png

Organization

Individual business unit that lives under a parent account and may have multiple locations associated with it.

Organization Level Reporting

NPS by Organization: This is the NPS score that is calculated from all practitioners and locations that make up a single organization.mceclip0.png

Organization NPS by Date: This linear graph will show you the NPS trends for the Organization over time. mceclip1.png

Count & Percentage of responses by organization: For the selected date range (can be changed using the Controls feature) this pie chart shows the breakdown of the patient responses received by all locations and practitioners that make up the Organization. mceclip2.png

NPS by Location: This bar graph shows the average NPS score received by each location that fall under the larger Organization. This visual can be used to easily determine high-performing and low-performing locations.mceclip3.png

First NPS vs. Second NPS by Organization: This shows side-by-side the trend analysis between the first NPS survey response and the most recent response given by the same patient. This analysis may show positive or negative trends that occur after the first NPS survey is taken and therapy continues.mceclip4.png

Organization and Feedback: This list shows the entire response population, feedback, and associated scores to better illuminate pointed feedback across the entire organization.mceclip5.png

Location
Data that is tied to a single clinic location.

Location Level Reporting

NPS by Location: This bar graph shows the average NPS score received by each location. This visual can be used to easily determine high-performing and low-performing clinic locations.mceclip0.png

NPS Score analysis and breakdown: This visual shows you the NPS response breakdown by type (promoter/passive/detractor) for each of the clinic locations. In the chart you will find the exact percentages as well as how many NPS responses were captured at each location. mceclip2.png

Practitioner
Data that is associated with the patients that are being treated by that individual practitioner.

Practitioner Level Reporting

NPS by Practitioner: This visual shows the specific scores received by each therapist that make up the larger Organization. This can be used to best determine high-performing and low-performing therapists to better inform proaction on negative responses. You'll also have Top and Bottom-ranked locations for quick reference.mceclip1.png
