Send or Resend a Care Team Member Invite

If a Care Team member did not receive an email invitation to register for their account you can manually resend it to them. 

User Role

Organization Administrator, Account Administrator

  1. Click Care Team in the upper navigation bar

  2. Search for and locate the Care Team Member you want to resend the invite to 
  3. Click the ...  below the Action>Send Invite
  4. A banner will appear that reads: Invitation successfully sent.
