Accounts with an Established EMR Integration: For accounts that have an established integration between their EMR and Keet, the creation of an Episode of Care is automated when an Episode of Care, also commonly known as a case, is created in your EMR. In the event that an Episode of Care was not created via the EMR integration, please follow the steps below, adding the EMR case Identifier in the Episode of Care so that future integration information related to this Episode of Care will associate with the proper Episode of Care in Keet.
Migrated Accounts: Accounts that are migrated from the previous version of Keet will have a read-only Episode of Care and Care Plan automatically populated for existing patients so that the previous outcome measures can be referenced. Patients who are continuing service will need a new Episode of Care created in order to document additional questionnaires.
Create an Episode of Care for a Patient
- Click Patients in the upper navigation bar
- Search for the patient and select who you need to create the episode for
- Hover your mouse over the Episode of care and click Add Episode of Care from the drop down menu
4. Fill out the required fields, at minimum
5. Click Save
Edit a Patient's Episode of Care
- Click Patients in the upper navigation bar
- Search for the patient whose episode you want to edit
- Click the Edit icon to the right of the episode's name
- When the Edit Episode of Care window opens, make your preferred edits
- Click Save
