This article will assist you in common edits available for the custom Email Templates within your library. Navigate to either Account or Organization Emails from the Library menu, click on the desired email to edit, or preview for the Email Content Editor to open. If the email editor is a bit overwhelming, no worries, we are here to help!

Add a Group Social or Social Element
Important Variables:
Variables can be added to your emails to pull unique content information you would like to communicate or provide to your patients. Below are commonly used variables and their functions:

Resizing your Logo
Open the email content editor and click on the logo image bar
Under the Dimension menu on the right, you can adjust the Width and Height.
(Ideal setting is Width: 250px and Height: auto)
Edit existing Text
Click on the text you would like to edit and your menu options are on the right-side panel.
Dimension Selections
Padding: This will allow you to edit the Top, Right, Bottom, and Left spacing of the text you have selected.
Typography: This will allow you to select a Font Style and Font Size
Add a new Text Box
Click on the “Text” box from the menu panel on the left and drag it to where you want to add text to your email.
Edit an Image
Click on the image you would like to update.
You can select the trashcan above the image if you want to remove it completely or you can add a new image by adding the new image URL link to the Source (Src) field on the right menu panel.
Add an Image
Click on the “Image” box from the menu panel on the left and drag it to where you want to add a new image box to your email.
Click on the new image box and use the right menu panel to add the image URL to the Source (Src) field. You can adjust the size of the image by using the Dimensions and Padding tools.
Add Divider
You can add a Divider to your email format to separate information or break up the image and text within the communications. Click on the “Divider” box from the menu panel on the left and drag it to where you want to add a divider to your email
Add Spacer
You can add a Spacer section to your email format to separate information or break up the image and text within the communications without a Divider. Click on the “Spacer” box from the menu panel on the left and drag it to where you want to add the Spacer to your email
Add a Group Social or Social Element
A Group Social is a combination of 3 social elements linked to one another. A Social Element is just a single social icon. Once added to the email template you can modify the image of the social icon as well as the site that it links to. In order to do so simply paste the URL in the Href of the selected icon:
Add a Navigation Bar (Navbar)/NavBar Link
You can create a Navigation Bar of various links to direct patients to another website's content or important information about your clinic. Click on the “NavBar” box from the menu panel on the left and drag it to where you want to add the Navigation Bar to your email. Once you create the Bar, then you can add the URL links by selecting “NavBar Link”
Double click on one "Link" to edit the text
From the right menu, panel add the corresponding URL link in the Hyperlink Reference (Href) field
Follow these steps for all NavBar Links added.
Add a Link
You can add additional URL links to direct patients to your Clinic's website or other informational websites for them to visit. Click on the “Link” box from the menu panel on the left and drag it to where you want to add a URL link to your email
Double click to edit the text
From the right menu, panel add the corresponding URL link in the Hyperlink Reference (Href) field
In the Target dropdown, select if you want the URL link to open in “this window” or a “new window”
This window: When patient clicks on the link it redirects them to the URL website link in the current internet browser they are viewing.
New Window: When the patient clicks on the link it opens a second internet browser window to the URL website.
